About Us
Back in 2013, we started a videography business. We spent over a decade chasing light, weaving moments together to tell a story. And for a while, it was everything. We traveled, we filmed, we explored. But slowly, it started to feel different. We felt like we’d hit a creative ceiling, and wondered if this was our purpose.
In 2021, when everything was at a standstill, the water pulled us in. We would surf in the morning when the water was glassy, mid-day to avoid the crowd, and evening when the sky turns gold.
The waves were never the same.
We fell in love with that feeling—the endless chase, the knowing that you never really master it, you just keep showing up. And we knew then, whatever came next, it had to be built around this.
So we let it go. Walked away from our stable jobs.
That’s how Casual Surfer Club started. We wanted to create a community that connects like-minded souls. A space where surfers—no matter their skill—could share the joy of simply being in the water.
More than that, we wanted to inspire you to step outside, to breathe, to chase whatever makes you feel alive.
